Policies:

-Being more than 5 minutes late cuts into the “fluff” of your appointment. Meaning- we won’t have time for a scalp massage, curling iron work or if you’re very late- it will cut into your blow dry time. All styling is complimentary with your appointment so there is not a price different if you forgo styling.

-Please let me know BEFORE your appointment time if you’re running late, as I try and do to you as well.

-Cancellations with me must be made at least 48 hours in advance, 72 hours for appointments more than 4+ hours.

-Cancellations made the same day will result in the salons cancelation policy- Union Salon | Salon Policies

-Please communicate in advance any changes to your appointment. This changes the timing of my schedule for the entire day. For example- “I want to change my color this time! I want to go a lot lighter.” “I don’t think I need to do balayage this round, I think I’d just want a face frame highlight.” Or “I’m going to do a major chop! Not just a trim this time.” These changes can sometimes result in an additional hour application time so we need to make sure there’s enough timing for your service

-Food & drink policy: feel free to bring whatever you’d like to eat or drink. Complimentary beverages are offered during your appointment

-Pet policy: I LOVE pets. Unfortunately, due to state board regulations, only service animals are allowed in a salon environment.

-Redo’s: if there’s something you’re not loving about your hair, please let me know within 10 days of your service if you need an adjustment. Redo’s do not include a blow dry style, but we will blow dry the front to do a “color check”
